Refund Policy for Cooking Classes

Thank you for choosing to learn with Nurturing Foodie! We’re committed to providing a high-quality and enjoyable cooking experience. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before registering for a class.

1. Class Types Covered

This policy applies to all paid cooking classes offered through NurturingFoodie.com, including:

• • Live online classes (via Zoom or other platforms)
• • In-person workshops or events
• • On-demand or pre-recorded digital classes

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Live Online & In-Person Classes

• • Full Refund: Requests made 7 or more days before the class date are eligible for a full refund.
• • Partial Refund or Credit: Requests made 3–6 days before the class may be eligible for a 50% refund or a full class credit toward a future session.
• • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 72 hours (3 days) before the class are not eligible for a refund, but we may offer a credit if space allows in a future class.
• • No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Pre-Recorded or Downloadable Classes

• • Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds will be issued once the class has been accessed or downloaded.
• • If you encounter a technical issue accessing your class, please contact us immediately for assistance.

3. Class Cancellations by Us

In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrolment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances:

• • You will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to another available class.
• • We will notify you as early as possible using the contact information provided at registration.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or class credit, please email us at support@nurturingfoodie.com with:

• • Your name
• • Class name and date
• • Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to all requests within 2–3 business days.

5. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

We understand that life happens. If you have an emergency or unique situation, please reach out to us. We handle refund exceptions on a case-by-case basis with compassion and fairness.
