Salmon

Wasabi Mayo Salmon

This wasabi salmon fillet is coated with a layer of wasabi mayonnaise and topped with crushed potato chips. You can roast it in the oven, grill it, or smoke it with apple chips.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (3 pound) salmon fillet
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon wasabi powder
  • 1 (8 ounce) bag yukon gold potato chips, crushed

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place salmon, skin-side down, onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Mix mayonnaise and wasabi powder together in a small bowl; spread evenly over salmon, then press crushed chips over top.
  • Roast in the preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 20 minutes.
