Salmon
Wasabi Mayo Salmon
This wasabi salmon fillet is coated with a layer of wasabi mayonnaise and topped with crushed potato chips. You can roast it in the oven, grill it, or smoke it with apple chips.
Ingredients:
- 1 (3 pound) salmon fillet
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon wasabi powder
- 1 (8 ounce) bag yukon gold potato chips, crushed
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place salmon, skin-side down, onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Mix mayonnaise and wasabi powder together in a small bowl; spread evenly over salmon, then press crushed chips over top.
- Roast in the preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 20 minutes.
