Tyler Smith s Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Taquitos

Here's one of my favorite quick and tasty appetizers that has a perfect blend of Buffalo heat and tortilla crunch. It will leave everyone wanting more, so maybe make a double batch.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella
  • 1 cup shredded mild cheddar
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 3/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 6 to 8 flour tortillas (6 inches)

Directions:

  • Combine chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, ranch dressing and green onions in a bowl until fully mixed.
  • Scoop out 1/4 to 1/2 cup of mix and spread evenly in the tortilla.
  • Roll the tortilla into a taquito, using water at the edge of the tortilla to seal. Repeat.
  • Place six taquitos onto an air fryer tray and spray with cooking spray. Cook in the air fryer at 375° for 8-10 minutes. Remove; let the taquitos cool for 3-5 minutes before eating. Drizzle with additional Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing if you like.
