Souperburger Sandwiches
A clever twist combining hearty soup flavors with burger-style sandwiching. Great for cold days when you want a warm, filling meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can campbell's® condensed tomato soup
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 6 pepperidge farm® farmhouse premium white rolls with sesame seeds
Directions:
- Cook the beef and onion in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is well browned, stirring often. Pour off any fat.
- Stir the soup, mustard and black pepper in the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Divide the beef mixture among the rolls.
