My Dad's BBQ Sauce
A nostalgic, heirloom-style sauce that’s both bold and balanced—made with pantry staples and love. Perfect for ribs, chicken, or burgers.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups barbeque sauce 2 cups red wine
- 2 tablespoons onion powder 2 tablespoons garlic powder 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons monosodium glutamate
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix the barbeque sauce, wine, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, meat tenderizer and hot pepper sauce.
