Mediterranean Onion Dip
A creamy dip made with caramelized onions, garlic, and Mediterranean herbs. Light, tangy, and perfect with pita or vegetables.
Ingredients:
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 roasted red pepper, diced
- 1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 10 pitted kalamata olives
Directions:
- In a food processor, combine the garlic, red pepper, onion soup mix, feta cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and olives. Process until smooth and well blended. Transfer to a bowl, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to blend flavors before serving.
