Harissa dressing

This super quick and easy dressing is a genius way to use up that last spoon of harissa. Drizzle over chopped salads, use to marinade fish or meat, or stir through tabbouleh, couscous or rice.

Ingredients:

  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp harissa paste
  • pinch sugar
  • pinch salt

Directions:

  • Put all the ingredients into a jar and shake until combined.
  • Try this dressing drizzled over chopped salad, or stirred through couscous, chickpeas and fresh herbs. Store in the fridge in the jar.
