Green Rice II

Rice blended with spinach or herbs to create a vibrant green dish. A flavorful and colorful side with a mild, earthy taste.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar processed cheese sauce
  • 1 1/3 cups uncooked instant rice 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped frozen broccoli, thawed

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a 2-quart casserole dish combine soup, cheese sauce, rice, milk and broccoli; mix well.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until lightly browned.
