Crustless Quiche
A crustless quiche is the hero of busy mornings. It has all the sophistication of quiche with the custardy, savory goodness you’d hope for in about half the prep time.
Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups cooked mix-ins (like cooked sausage or sauteed vegetables)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or monterey jack cheese
Directions:
- In a large bowl beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper; add mix-ins and cheese until combined. Spread evenly into a greased 9-in. pie plate or quiche dish.
- Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
