Crustless Quiche

A crustless quiche is the hero of busy mornings. It has all the sophistication of quiche with the custardy, savory goodness you’d hope for in about half the prep time.

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups cooked mix-ins (like cooked sausage or sauteed vegetables)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or monterey jack cheese

Directions:

  • In a large bowl beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper; add mix-ins and cheese until combined. Spread evenly into a greased 9-in. pie plate or quiche dish.
  • Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
