Chicken and Rice Dinner
A comforting, one-pan meal of tender chicken cooked with seasoned rice. Classic and satisfying, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can campbell's® condensed cream of mushroom soup (regular, 98% fat free or 25% less sodium)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked instant white rice
- 2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets
Directions:
- Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove chicken. Add soup and water. Heat to a boil. Stir in rice and broccoli. Top with chicken. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done.
