Chicken and Rice Dinner

A comforting, one-pan meal of tender chicken cooked with seasoned rice. Classic and satisfying, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can campbell's® condensed cream of mushroom soup (regular, 98% fat free or 25% less sodium)
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked instant white rice
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets

Directions:

  • Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove chicken. Add soup and water. Heat to a boil. Stir in rice and broccoli. Top with chicken. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done.
