Cheesy Rice and Broccoli

A comforting dish featuring creamy melted cheese, tender broccoli florets, and fluffy rice. It's a perfect side or vegetarian main that's quick to prepare and loved by both kids and adults.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups minute® white rice, uncooked
  • 1/2 pound reduced fat pasteurized prepared cheese product, cut up

Directions:

  • Place broccoli and broth in medium saucepan. Bring to boil on medium-high heat.
  • Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in prepared cheese product; cover. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir until prepared cheese product is melted.
