Slow Cooker

Cheesy Creamed Corn

A comforting side dish of corn cooked with cream cheese and cheddar until rich and creamy. Great for potlucks or family dinners.

Ingredients:

  • 3 (16 ounce) packages frozen corn
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, cubed
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 6 slices american cheese

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker; mix well.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until heated through and the cheese is melted. Stir well before serving.
