Air Fryer
Air Fryer Teriyaki Salmon
This air fryer teriyaki salmon is one of those meals that looks and tastes like you spent way more time in the kitchen than you actually did. It is quick, flavourful and perfectly flaky.
Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets 8 oz. each
- ¼ cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil optional
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch for the glaze
- sesame seeds and spring onions for garnish
Directions:
- The recipe is super easy. If using frozen teriyaki salmon fillets thaw them. Then pat them dry so that they don’t have any moisture.
- In a bowl, mix together teriyaki sauce and cornstarch along with water to form a sauce. Brush the sauce on salmon fillets and keep aside.
- Microwave the remaining sauce-cornstarch slurry in microwave on high for 70 seconds to form a glaze. You can also do the same on a pan.
- Preheat Pre heat air fryer at 390F for 5 mins or use preheat setting on your air fryer. Air fry at 390F for 8-10 minutes or till internal temperature of salmon is 140F to 145F. Top off with extra sauce to taste and garnish with spring onions.
- Serve with steamed rice, stir fried veggies or a fresh salad. You have a tasty meal ready.
