Air fryer Corn on the Cob
Corn on the cob in air fryer is a delicious and quick side. The corn comes out so juicy and tender.
Ingredients:
- 3 corn on the cob
- 2 tsp. vegan butter
- ½ tsp. cayenne or paprika or chilli flakes or pepper
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions:
- Remove the husk, silk and snip off the ends of the corn. Keep aside.
- Place the corn on the cob in the air fryer basket. You can do 2-3 at one time. If your air fryer basket is small, cut the corn into halves and then air fry.
- Air fry at 200C or 390F for about 10-12 minutes till the corn gets nicely roasted and juicy.
- Make a spice mix by adding ½ tsp. salt, ½ tsp. cayenne or paprika or chilli flakes, 1 tsp. lemon juice to 2 tsp. melted vegan butter
- Brush this spice mix liberally. on the air fried corn. I avoid adding it before air frying because the butter may burn a bit and so does cayenne.
- Dig in and enjoy.
