Excellent! I used 3 cups whole milk , one each of water and half and half. Used chorizo because I had it, and the only thing I’d tweak is to let the gravy simmer till it’s thick, and then add the shrimp. Otherwise the shrimp will overcook because the gravy takes a while to thicken and the shrimp take only a couple of minutes.
