Cooking Class Description: Fine food relies on the classic French techniques. Our chef instructor teaches you how to perfectly pan-roast the chicken, then build a delicious whole-grain mustard sauce. For the side, prepare a rich and comforting truffled pommes dauphinoise—thinly sliced potatoes baked in cream with earthy truffles. End class with a perfect sweet treat—a crème brûlée infused with decadent French vanilla.

Cooking Class Description: Nothing beats the smell freshly baked bread! Join us to learn how to make sweet and savory breads from scratch—an essential for every baker. You'll practice mixing and shaping dough for a crispy Italian breadsticks and create a Raspberry Danish-inspired focaccia complete with sweet swirls and a heavenly glaze. Then, discover how a Dutch oven delivers perfectly crusty French loaves. Plus, you'll learn to make homemade flavored butter to pair with your creations.

Homemade Ravioli Workshop
Cooking Class Description: Making fresh ravioli at home is a lot easier and even more delicious than you might think. In this class, our chef instructor will first show you how to make fresh pasta dough that you’ll use to make two delicious ravioli recipes. You'll also get to practice your knife skills as you prep the ingredients for your assortment of fillings and sauces that will complement your creations. Join us for an amazing meal filled with your new favorite recipes.
Bavarian Feast
Cooking Class Description: Enjoy a taste of Oktoberfest for date night this month! Our chef instructor will teach you to assemble a flavorful salad, fry a classic pork schnitzel and make spaetzle, a German egg noodle dumpling, sautéed in brown butter. We top off the pleasant evening by baking one of our favorite fall desserts, Spiced Apple Cake. By the end of class, you’ll have the perfect fall meal ready to eat.

Cooking Class Description: Master the macaron in this three-hour, in-depth class. We’ll show you how to create the perfect batter, pipe the ideal shape and create delicious fillings. Et voilà! Two macaron flavors later, you’re a pâtisserie pro. These colorful, elegant confections will always stand out in your baking repertoire as the special treat they are.
Bold Latin Bites
Cooking Class Description: Bring the flavors of Latin America home in this lively, hands-on class. First, you’ll learn how to create a flavorful Peruvian staple—chicken rubbed with spices and grilled to perfection. Our chef instructor will teach you how to prepare classic South American sides, including rice and black-eyed peas, paired with chorizo. For dessert, you'll fry bananas and coat them in cinnamon and sugar for a classic Brazilian treat.

Cooking Class Description: What’s more fun than eating sushi? Learning to make it with your special someone! You and your partner will work alongside other couples as you brush up on knife skills and get plenty of practice with rolling techniques. Plus, we’ll show you how to make seasoned rice, whisk dipping sauce and fry tempura shrimp to crisp perfection.
Classic Croissant Workshop
Cooking Class Description: Join us for a three-hour, hands-on workshop focused on making sweet and savory croissants from scratch. We will teach you how to prepare a laminated dough, as well as how to perfect your rolling, shaping and proofing skills. At the end of class, you’ll go home with an array of delicious croissants ready to enjoy.
