Cooking Class Description: Step into the world of Julia Child with a menu inspired by her beloved recipes. In this class, you’ll master French cooking techniques, like poaching eggs and whipping up a decadent chocolatey mousse. Our chef instructor will guide you through pan-roasting a beef tenderloin to perfection and preparing a pan sauce for the perfect touch. Craft crisp potatoes to perfection and prep fresh veggies for side dishes that ring true to Julia’s iconic flavors. By the end of class, you’ll have an array of dishes fit for honoring an icon-and take home the book Julia Child's Kitchen by Paula J. Johnson.

Cooking Class Description: Skip the fancy restaurant scene and create your own romantic French dinner for two. In this class, you'll learn top techniques for pan-roasting poultry and crafting a stunning and delicious Rainbow Truffled Pommes Anna. Plus, for an unforgettable Date Night experience, we break out the blow torch for everybody's favorite French custard dessert.
Flaky Homemade Croissants
Cooking Class Description: Learn all about the flaky and buttery goodness that goes into making the perfect French croissant in this hands-on, three-hour class. Our chefs will teach you about mixing, laminating and shaping dough for the perfect, flaky finish. In addition to the classic buttery croissant, you will also fold in savory ham and cheese to one variety and rich chocolate to another so that by the end of class, you’ll have an array of sweet and savory croissants to take home.
Steak and Crab Cakes
Cooking Class Description: Explore new twists on this classic pairing. In this class, you’ll learn techniques for creating a surf and turf dinner using the freshest, most flavorful ingredients from land and sea. We’ll show you how to grill a juicy steak and make delectable Crab Cakes. For dessert, we’ll bake alarmingly delicious Molten Chocolate Lava Cakes.

Cooking Class Description: Join us to explore the delicious world of donuts and pastries! Our expert chef instructor will guide you through making three unique creations—Classic French beignets, Mixed Berry Fritters and Japanese mochi donuts. From making your dough to filling and frying, you’ll be a pastry aficionado by the end of class.
French Luxury
Cooking Class Description: Experience the delicacies of coastal France in this Date Night class! You and your partner will work alongside other couples to learn techniques for properly searing scallops and achieving a super-creamy risotto. To finish, you’ll use cherries to make a baked French dessert that’s light and sweet.
Kids' 5-Day Summer Series: Global Flavors
Cooking Class Description: Help your child discover their inner chef with our 5-Day Summer Series! Designed for ages 7–11, this hands-on series will help your future foodie become more creative and confident in the kitchen. As they steam pork buns, bake schnitzel, knead homemade pasta dough and more, they’ll learn essential baking techniques, basic food prep skills and best practices for kitchen safety. At the end of the week, each student goes home with a printed menu, graduation certificate and skills to use for a lifetime.
