The French Pastry Shop
Cooking Class Description: Recreate patisserie favorites in this three-hour baking class! Our chef instructor will guide you through the tips and tricks to crafting beloved French pastries from scratch. You will learn to create homemade laminated dough, shape and bake delicate palmiers and prepare delicious turnovers with summer berries.
Family Fun: Creative Cupcakes
Cooking Class Description: Enjoy some delicious fun with the whole family! In this fun, family-friendly class, we’re baking up sweet memories and unique cupcakes. Kids, parents and friends will work together learning how to prepare two batters, fill cupcake tins and bake your treats to perfection. Then, you’ll make frosting and buttercream and learn simple decorating techniques for beautiful results. By the end of class, you’ll have a batch of tasty cupcakes to take home and enjoy.
Dim Sum Spread
Cooking Class Description: Typically served in sets of three, dim sum dishes are best for enjoying with others. In this hands-on class, you’ll practice the steps for making two types of dumplings—from forming and folding to pleating and steaming. Then, our chef instructor will teach you how to create tasty, fluffy steamed buns filled with barbecued pork. Recreate this menu for friends or family to share your new love of dim sum.
Teens' 5-Day Summer Series: Advanced Baking
Cooking Class Description: Treat your budding foodie to five days full of hands-on cooking fun! In our all-new Summer Series designed for ages 12 and older, your teen will learn to become more creative and confident in the kitchen. As they laminate dough for croissants, roll out craquelin for cream puffs, set the perfect custard and more, they’ll learn advanced baking techniques, essential food prep skills and best practices for kitchen safety—all guided by an expert chef instructor. At the end of the week, each student goes home with a printed menu, graduation certificate and skills to use for a lifetime.
Pasta with a Twist
Cooking Class Description: If you're looking for new ways to enjoy classic Italian flavors, you're in the right place! From a pasta frittata baked with sausage and hot peppers to a skillet lasagna, our chef instructor will guide you through making these unique and delicious dishes in this class. Plus, you'll learn to grill romaine for a Caesar salad infused with complex flavor. For dessert, we'll combine two Italian classics by churning up a Tiramisu Gelato.
Pasta from Scratch
Cooking Class Description: Discover how homemade pasta is worth the effort in this hands-on class. You will learn essential pasta techniques—from mixing and rolling dough to cutting pappardelle noodles and filling ravioli. We’ll simmer a hearty Bolognese, put together a nutty brown butter sauce, and round out the meal with a refreshing salad featuring fennel and blood oranges.

Cooking Class Description: Paella cooking on the stove, stuffed dates wrapped in serrano ham and an olive oil-infused dessert—feel like you’re in Spain without the jet lag. Join our chef instructor to learn the ins and outs of creating spectacular Spanish flavors right in your own cocina.
Indulgent Filet Feast
Cooking Class Description: Indulge in a luxurious night of culinary discovery featuring a menu designed around an exquisite filet. Under the expert guidance of your chef instructor, you’ll learn the art of preparing filet to highlight the tenderness of this premium cut. You will also char fresh tomatoes and bell peppers to create a rich and smoky sauce to pair with your main. Your instructor will also teach you the technique to achieving delicious, creamy potatoes whipped to perfection for a comforting side. End on a sweet note, with a decadent, from-scratch ice cream made with roasted strawberries.
Summer French Bistro
Cooking Class Description: What’s more romantic than dining at a cozy bistro? Cooking French favorites with your special someone. Try your hand at pan roasting chicken, practice your knife skills while preparing vegetables for an in-season salad and learn how to mix and roll out pastry dough for a savory tart. Plus, whip egg whites for the pièce de résistance: a perfectly risen dessert soufflé.
Macarons of Summer
Cooking Class Description: Summer flavors shine in this three-hour macaron class! Our chef instructor will guide you through making two tasty flavors—S’mores and Cherry Cheesecake. You’ll learn how to create the perfect batter, pipe the ideal shape, create delicious fillings and assemble your macarons to perfection. These cute and colorful confections will always stand out in your baking repertoire as special treats.
Italian Nights
Cooking Class Description: We’ll show you how to sear steak the Italian way with a few simple ingredients: olive oil, lemon and rosemary. For sides, we’ll be creating a delicious Panzanella (bread salad) and Grilled Zucchini with Pesto. No tour of Italy is complete without a little dolce—like a creamy custard with berries.
Pâtisserie Classics
Cooking Class Description: Test out the pastry chef life in our latest class! Our expert chef instructor will teach you essential baking techniques to create pâtisserie favorites. You’ll learn to make pâte à choux and vanilla-praline crème to build an impressive dessert—Paris-Brest. Then, we’ll create rich caramels from scratch and enhance them with gourmet French Grey Sea Salt. To complete your pastry training, you’ll bake a classic French butter cookie that’s the perfect balance of delicate and delicious.
Summer Thai Kitchen
Cooking Class Description: Just when you thought Thai food couldn't get any better, we're adding fresh summer flavors. Get to know your way around a wok as we familiarize you with classic Thai ingredients, flavors and techniques. Practice grilling as you create a delectable Chicken Satay, putting together a green mango salad, infusing rice with fresh ginger and churning out a frozen dessert starring lime and coconut.
