Knife Block 101
Learn how to use all of the knives in your knife block properly. If you always reach for the same knife, this cooking class is perfect for you. Our chef instructor will demonstrate the proper use for a variety of knives plus safety tips and proper maintenance. Being able to take advantage of all the tools in your toolbox makes home cooking much more enjoyable. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class. This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
Sharpening Sushi Skills
Learn the skills necessary to create mouthwatering sushi and other Japanese delicacies as a team. In this hands-on team building class with Chef Aaron, you and your team will work together to create an incredible three-course Japanese menu from starter to sweets. Chef Aaron will begin by demystifying some of the Japanese skills and techniques necessary to bring your Japanese feast to life. Then, you will work together as a team to brew a traditional miso soup as well as handcraft two different sushi rolls from scratch.
