Touring Southeast Asia
Cooking Class Description: Have a date night getaway in this class, spotlighting Vietnamese cuisine! You and your partner will work alongside other couples learning how to make from-scratch Shrimp Spring Rolls, create a peanut dipping sauce, assemble a rice noodle salad and more. To finish, you’ll make Cream Puffs with Coffee Cream for a light, luxurious dessert. Perfect for hot summer nights, you’re sure to fall in love with this meal.
French Heritage Macarons
Cooking Class Description: We pay homage to our French heritage in this three-hour macaron class! Our chef instructor will teach you to make two macaron flavors—Vanilla Bean and Crème Brûlée—for a selection of quintessential French treats. You’ll learn to build your batter, how to correctly meringue eggs and tips for coloring batter. After piping and baking your batter, we’ll construct our macarons with crisp shells and from-scratch fillings.

Our expert chef instructor will teach you how to roast with precision to create the perfect caramelization of carrots to serve with a Harissa Yogurt—ideally balancing heat and creaminess. For dessert, flaky pastry meets sweet stone fruit and a luscious, whipped pistachio cream to end your meal at a new height of decadence.

Cooking Class Description: Chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate—indulge in everyone’s favorite sweet in this baking class. From brownies and mousse to gelato, you’ll use different flavor combinations with each recipe to create three unique, chocolaty treats. Our chef instructor will guide you through tempering chocolate, making from-scratch salted caramel, creating chocolate curls and much more. By the end of class, you’ll have an array of delicious desserts.

Cooking Class Description: A summer trip to the farmers market can yield a bounty of fresh, delicious recipes. In this class, our chef instructor will guide you through creating vibrant, produce-packed dishes, like refreshing Watermelon Salad with Feta and Fresh Mint. You’ll learn how to prepare a savory pasta with summer veggies and bacon and perfectly grill sugar snap peas and serve with a from-scratch aioli. For dessert, you’ll whip up a warm, golden blueberry cornbread cobbler that’s the perfect sweet, summery finish.
Latin Steakhouse
Cooking Class Description: Explore the savory flavors of Latin America in this class. Our chef instructor will teach you how to perfectly grill flank steak to pair with a fresh chimichurri sauce. We’ll form masa into pupusas stuffed with cheese and prepare a fresh red salsa. You’ll also churn up a delectable Dulce de Leche Ice Cream for the sweetest ending to your feast.
Chinese Takeout
Cooking Class Description: Who needs takeout when you can easily recreate your Chinese restaurant favorites at home? In this hands-on class, our instructor will introduce you to the spices and ingredients that make Chinese cuisine uniquely delicious and universally popular. You’ll laugh and learn alongside classmates practicing techniques for stir-frying, wok cooking, deep-frying and more. Join us and discover how deliciously simple Chinese cooking can be.
Teens' 5-Day Summer Series: Taste the World
Cooking Class Description: Treat your budding foodie to five days full of hands-on cooking fun! In our all-new Summer Series designed for ages 12 and older, your teen will learn to become more creative and confident in the kitchen. Guided by a chef instructor, they’ll explore challenging menus and global cuisines while learning advanced cooking and baking techniques, essential food prep skills and best practices for kitchen safety. On the last day, we’ll put their skills to the test with an exciting culinary adventure! Using only ingredients given to them, they will have to create a delicious meal from scratch. At the end of the week, each student goes home with a printed menu, graduation certificate and skills to use for a lifetime.
Exploring Italian Flavors
Cooking Class Description: Explore the non-pasta side of Italian cuisine in this hands-on class. Our chef instructor will teach you how to make a simple Italian salsa verde to pair with your perfectly cooked pork loin chops. Then, you’ll learn to assemble a citrus and fennel salad topped with ricotta salata and make from-scratch focaccia. For dessert we’ll make zabaglione—a rich custard made with egg yolks, sugar and marsala wine—topped with fresh seasonal berries.

Cooking Class Description: Enjoy an inviting Italian meal perfect for summer in this class. You’ll start by learning to create pasta dough from scratch to make a rich and velvety Fettuccini Carbonara and Pappardelle al Pomodoro Crudo. Then, you’ll assemble a panzanella salad for a refreshing side. For a sweet finale, you’ll make a decadent Dark Chocolate Tiramisu.
Savoring Grill Season
Cooking Class Description: The perfect summer menu does exist! Join us to learn how to grill, add robust smoky flavor to summer favorites and achieve the perfect char marks every time. As our chef instructor guides you through creating this delectable menu, they’ll provide tips for recreating this menu at home on your outdoor grill—great for recreating all summer long. Don’t worry, we didn’t forget about dessert: You’ll use an innovative handheld smoker to infuse fresh peaches with natural smoky flavor before churning them into a Creamsicle Ice Cream—the ideal finish to any summer gathering.
Parisian Restaurant Favorites
Cooking Class Description: Learn your way around French bistro favorites in this romantic class. We’ll pan-roast chicken and finish with a wine and herb sauce for a simple dish with decadent flavor. Then, you and your partner will work alongside classmates to create a tart using tomatoes and goat cheese that’s almost too pretty to eat—almost. Plus, you’ll learn to enhance green beans by pan searing them with citrus, herbs and capers, and create a luxurious dessert of Chocolate Pot de Crème. We’ve taken the essence of summer and created an inspiring menu flexible enough for any occasion or bottled up for any time of year.
