What you will learn

Experience a few of the rarest and most expensive ingredients in the world in this one-of-a-kind class. Prepare an incomparable Italian feast in this lavish hands-on cooking class with Chef Luca. Using a selection of rare, opulent ingredients, you'll handcraft recipes that are sure to redefine your idea of luxury dining. Begin with bruschetta featuring porcini, black truffle and 24-karat edible gold. Then, create two homemade pasta courses — tagliolini with white truffles, and tagliatelle with aged prosciutto and porcini mushrooms — and an entrée of a lamb chops with roasted potatoes and edible gold. Close out this fanciful feast with a dessert made of Madagascar vanilla decorated with 24-karat gold and silver leaf. Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

What To Expect

In our classes you'll work together with other students (in groups of 4), sharing workstations and equipment in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
Classes are 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above.
Hands-on classes are limited to 14-16 students, depending on location.
You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
Students receive a coupon for 10% off in-store purchases the day of class.
Cancellations or changes must be completed at least 48 hours before the start time of class.
