What you will learn
Learn a trio of classic French pâtisserie treats in this dedicated culinary class. If you’re looking for an introduction to the finer points of French pâtisserie, this cooking class could well be for you. With a world-class chef leading the way, you’ll quickly learn to bring a touch of France to your home kitchen. Under their guidance, you’ll spend the session mastering three equally delicious pâtisserie classics: Paris-Brest with nutty praline filling, rich chocolate truffles splashed with Champagne and golden sablés with a decadent buttery crunch. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class. This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
What To Expect
In our classes you'll work together with other students (in groups of 4), sharing workstations and equipment in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
Classes are 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above.
Hands-on classes are limited to 14-16 students, depending on location.
You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
Students receive a coupon for 10% off in-store purchases the day of class.
Cancellations or changes must be completed at least 48 hours before the start time of class.
