What you will learn
Craft your team spirit over delicious ravioli and tortellini. In this team building activity, you'll learn Italian specialties from a five-star Chef Chris. Master the art of making hand-shaped and filled pasta, including ravioli and tortellini. You will get started by dressing Panzanella salad with extra virgin olive oil the Italian way. Boost up your group morale with a bit of fun competition over handmade spinach and ricotta ravioli as well as butternut squash tortellini. Later sauce up your team spirit with a classic brown butter, sage and hazelnut sauce. Savor the sweet victories with vanilla bean panna cotta for a memorable finish. Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class or purchase wine by the glass or bottle from the venue.
What To Expect
In our classes you'll work together with other students (in groups of 4), sharing workstations and equipment in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
Classes are 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above.
Hands-on classes are limited to 14-16 students, depending on location.
You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
Students receive a coupon for 10% off in-store purchases the day of class.
Cancellations or changes must be completed at least 48 hours before the start time of class.
