What you will learn

Roll sushi, sip wine and learn pro techniques in this fun sushi-making class at a cozy wine bar. Roll, sip and snack your way through this hands-on, two-hour sushi-making cooking class hosted at a cozy wine bar. Start by preparing perfectly seasoned sushi rice, then slice ingredients like avocado, cucumber and mango with chef-level precision. You'll create two classic rolls: a California roll filled with surimi, avocado and cucumber and a veggie roll packed with colorful produce. Along the way, you’ll pick up pro tips for rolling and slicing like a sushi chef. After the class, enjoy your creations and if you’d like to elevate the experience, grab a glass of wine from the bar to pair with your handmade rolls. Beverages are available for purchase to enhance your experience.

What To Expect

In our classes you'll work together with other students (in groups of 4), sharing workstations and equipment in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
Classes are 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above.
Hands-on classes are limited to 14-16 students, depending on location.
You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
Students receive a coupon for 10% off in-store purchases the day of class.
Cancellations or changes must be completed at least 48 hours before the start time of class.
