What you will learn
Who said you need a passport to taste the coastal flavors of France?. Bring the magic of your favorite French bistro home with the help of this authentic cooking class. You’ll master dishes straight from the shores of France, all under the guidance of a world-class chef. Learning their most closely-guarded culinary secrets, you’ll whip up a satisfying menu of moules frites, a frisée salad with poached eggs and bacon lardons, plus a decadent chocolate mousse — none of which your friends will believe is homemade. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class. This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
What To Expect
In our classes you'll work together with other students (in groups of 4), sharing workstations and equipment in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
Classes are 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above.
Hands-on classes are limited to 14-16 students, depending on location.
You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
Students receive a coupon for 10% off in-store purchases the day of class.
Cancellations or changes must be completed at least 48 hours before the start time of class.
