What you will learn
Why fly to Italy when you could rustle up a Tuscan summer feast at home?. Leave your passport at home — thanks to this dedicated cooking class, you won’t need it to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine! In fact, you’ll learn how to make it for yourself, learning from a renowned chef how to prepare a sun-soaked al fresco menu. Recipes include polenta bites with arugula pesto, marinated steak grilled to perfection and served with salsa verde and a vibrant summer farro salad. For dessert? Some light, refreshing and decidedly summery scoops of lemon mascarpone ice cream. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class. This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
What To Expect
In our classes you'll work together with other students (in groups of 4), sharing workstations and equipment in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
Classes are 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above.
Hands-on classes are limited to 14-16 students, depending on location.
You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
Students receive a coupon for 10% off in-store purchases the day of class.
Cancellations or changes must be completed at least 48 hours before the start time of class.
