What you will learn
Learn how to prepare an elegant and indulgent Italian seafood feast in this interactive experience. In this hands-on class with Chef Luca, you will learn how to prepare an authentic four-course Italian seafood feast using high-quality ingredients — including extra virgin olive oil, 24-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino Romano, 25-year aged Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena — and time-honored Italian cooking techniques. Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to mastering in this class include a beautifully presented smoked salmon appetizer with avocado cream, silky ribbons of tagliatelle bathed in a sumptuous homemade lobster cream sauce, a drunken shrimp scampi made with rum, a rich and velvety chocolate cream for dessert and so much more! Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
What To Expect
In our classes you'll work together with other students (in groups of 4), sharing workstations and equipment in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
Classes are 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above.
Hands-on classes are limited to 14-16 students, depending on location.
You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
Students receive a coupon for 10% off in-store purchases the day of class.
Cancellations or changes must be completed at least 48 hours before the start time of class.
