In this cooking class, you'll discover your inner romance as Chef Danushka shows you the beauty that comes from Italian ingredients with inspiration from gorgeous Verona. After tossing together a vibrant arugula salad with pine nuts, you'll dive into the art of pasta-making, crafting fresh dough from scratch. Under Chef Danushka's guidance, you'll create two types of flavor-packed ravioli: one filled with basil and spinach, served in a smoky bacon marinara sauce, and another featuring the classic pairing of ricotta and Parmigiano Reggiano, complemented by a rich brown butter sage sauce. To finish on a sweet note, you'll bake a delightful apple and pear cake, perfectly paired with creamy vanilla gelato. What To Expect
In our classes you'll work together with other students (in groups of 4), sharing workstations and equipment in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
Classes are 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above.
Hands-on classes are limited to 14-16 students, depending on location.
You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
Students receive a coupon for 10% off in-store purchases the day of class.
Cancellations or changes must be completed at least 48 hours before the start time of class.
