What you will learn
Wow your foodie friends and family with an authentic taste of France. If you’re curious to discover the art of French cuisine, this cooking class is here to help. In it, you’ll join a renowned chef for an unforgettable session in the kitchen, where you’ll prepare a full-course French meal from scratch. The savory menu centers around a garlic-roasted chicken, paired with creamy pommes purée with chives and a salad of frisée, apple, goat cheese and walnuts. Ending things on a sweet note, you’ll learn to make a perfectly-fluffy chocolate soufflé with rich salted caramel. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class. This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
What To Expect
In our classes you'll work together with other students (in groups of 4), sharing workstations and equipment in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
Classes are 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above.
Hands-on classes are limited to 14-16 students, depending on location.
You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
Students receive a coupon for 10% off in-store purchases the day of class.
Cancellations or changes must be completed at least 48 hours before the start time of class.
